A supercar engine, built brick by brick and built to run. Polished intake trumpets rise from the top of the block, red cam covers sit either side, and the timing chain and drivetrain are left exposed so you can see exactly how it all fits together.

Switch it on and the whole thing comes alive. An XL motor turns the crankshaft, the pistons rise and fall inside the cylinder banks, and the timing chain drives the valvetrain in sync, the same motion you'd see if you opened up a real engine bay.

You can control the pace. Push the grey throttle lever to speed it up or slow it down, and a chain tensioner lets you adjust the drive as the model settles in after the build.

With 2,936 pieces, this is a serious mechanical build for people who like knowing how things work. It measures about 36.5 x 26.4 x 32.6 cm and sits on its own base, so it displays as a working desk piece rather than a static model. Batteries not included.
