Refund & Return Policy – P&L Models LTD
At P&L Models LTD, we strive to provide quality products and great service. Our refund and return policy is designed to be clear and fair for both trade and consumer customers.
Trade Customers (B2B)
All trade sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for trade purchases, except in the event of a product recall.
As a business customer, you are purchasing at wholesale pricing and are expected to verify your order before completing the transaction.
Refunds will only be issued in the case of a manufacturer or supplier recall.
Consumer Customers (B2C)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Please keep your proof of postage in case it is required.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
